This 254-room hotel is ideally located for exploring the city, on the main street of the city centre Bolshaya Sadovaya. Built in 1972 as the first large "Intourist" hotel, it was taken over by a private company in 1994 and completely renovated. The hotel has more than 10 floors and the rooms on the upper floors have magnificent views of the famous steppes, the majestic Don River and the brand new Rostov Arena stadium located on the other side of the river
