Front desk clerk Steven was very
helpful and knowledgeable.
Will definitely go back.
We left a phone on a night stand when we left for the day’s adventures. When we came back, the room was clean and the phone was cracked. We had just used the phone before we left and it wasn’t cracked. Half the phone’s screen wasn’t usable, making it impossible to use the rest of our trip.
We brought it up with the staff over 5 times during our 6-day stay, and they told us that the owner would come talk to us because the staff denied breaking the phone. The owner never talked to us.
This break was not only costly, but also made the trip much more challenging with only one phone.
In addition to all this, they played loud music almost every night when we were trying to fall asleep. There was almost no hot water for the shower.
La habitación con balcón para 2 personas es pequeña pero tiene lo necesario para unas vacaciones cortas. Es bastante limpia.
La piscina limpia, la atención muy buena y el desayuno incluido es suficiente para wjrdsr satisfecho
En general, en los pasillos huelen a gato, el desayuno incluido deja mucho que desear, la atención es lo medianamente rescatable, ya que la recepcionista fue sumamente amable.
El costo es alto para lo que se ofrece, si andan buscando un hotel de calidad y que no lo haga sentir estafado, este no es el lugar.
En resumen, pésima la experiencia.
