CAMPEMENT LE KAÏCEDRA
A large hut with a beautiful straw roof, a bathroom and a terrace offering a pleasant view.
The camp, as its name indicates, is built under a great Kaicedra, a sacred tree for local populations. The main attraction lies in the passage, almost daily to the dry season, of elephants at the foot of the camp. After the total destruction in 2007 of infrastructures by torrential rains, a Frenchman took over this magical place. There is one single box, large with 2 bedrooms, with a beautiful straw roof and a bathroom with Italian and glass shower. A terrace on pilgrimages where you can restore yourself and enjoy a very pleasant view on the River Mouhoun, the old black Volta where the lucky ones can watch the elephants watering their feet. Bemol for the outside who still require some work.
