Ecotourisme Taï is a sustainable tourism project initiated by the Wild Chimpanzee Foundation (WCF), which aims to become a model of community-based ecotourism managed by ecoguides and other local players (around 20 employees at present). It aims to involve local populations in the conservation of the Taï National Park, enabling them to generate income through ecotourism. The initiative aims to promote a sustainable approach that respects both the environment and local culture. So it's important to visit Taï to support the project.
This "nature stay" lasts from 1 to 3 days in comfortable double safari tents, equipped with real bedding and a bathroom. You'll be immersed in the forest and its secrets, accompanied by professional eco-guides who are experts in tracking primates accustomed to human presence. With them, you'll have the chance to observe a group of sooty mangabeys (primates that spend most of their time on the ground) and a group of red colobus monkeys. Our eco-guides will take you on an ethnobotanical tour to discover the Park's vast biodiversity, the great trees of the primary forest and their properties.
After your "Nature Stay", you can continue with a "Culture Stay" in the traditional village of Daobly. Here, the warm welcome of the locals, the village circuit, the typical dishes of the region and above all the traditional dances of the women will immerse you in the culture of the Dao people.

Come and discover an off-the-beaten-track experience in the heart of one of the last primary forests in West Africa. Taï National Park is home to a unique biodiversity. See mangabeys and red colobus monkeys in their natural environment and walk through this forest of centuries-old trees while learning about the traditions of the region!
To deepen this discovery, continue theexperience at the traditional village; immerse yourself in the traditions of the Oubi and Guéré ethnic groups, including an evening of traditional dances!
In the forest, you will sleep at the Boyé camp in fully equipped safari tents. The night in the village is done in traditional huts comfortably furnished. Meals are cooked and taken on site. It is possible to accommodate vegetarian and vegan diets and to adapt to possible allergies.
The capacity is 8 people. Families are welcome but the minimum age for access to the park is 10 years old and for the observation of mangabeys 12 years old. Also note: 10 km of walking are to be done to and from the camp, you must be in shape!
The walk is worth the detour, when you arrive at the camp, it is relaxation and total immersion: no network, no electricity, only nature! You will live at the rhythm of the sun, you will be able to observe the monkeys which have the habit of coming to greet the visitors to the camp, and will be welcomed by a superb team motivated as ever!
