This luxury restaurant is a heavy tent with a wooden floor located on the banks of the Zambezi River, a 40-minute drive or boat ride from Livingstone. It serves gourmet lunches and dinners of great finesse that change with the season. Seating is limited - only 24 guests - and reservations are required well in advance. The originality of this experience is the interaction with a dozen elephants (3 of which were rescued from poaching) before the meal: you can approach them, touch them and feed them. Curious, they wander around the tent.
