This is the last table, opened in 2017, on the San Juan Islands. Aelder is next to Hog Stone Pizza because the same chef Jay Blackinton runs both locations. This new restaurant, based on the "Farm to table" principle, showcases ingredients and recipes from this northern part of the Pacific Northwest Coast, with a tasting menu that changes with the seasons and products from Maple Rock Farm. The pizzeria offers less expensive dishes such as wood-fired pizza and seafood.

Coup de cœur pour leur pizza. Très bien garnie, goûteuse… Chouette adresse pour une pause gourmande à Orcas Island.
