If you don't sleep at the hotel and if you're looking for adventure, you'll find the perfect opportunity to take a gastronomic Break in the restaurant, also hosted by Cindy and Hervé. At the same time as offering you the accommodation, the young couple invites you to go to table. Greeted by Cindy, you will be enchanted by Hervé. Trained at the hotel school in Lyon, you can trust the young cook to make you taste the best of the land. A simple, natural cooking made at the market is the currency of the furnaces. The card is voluntarily restricted (four entries, four dishes, four desserts), which makes it possible to set its choice quickly. In our passage, foie gras to hazelnuts, paved with yellow, risotto with tomato, plate of cheese-mesclun and, to finish (by greed), a chocolate and brown-based, accompanied by the smile of our hosts. A meal that did not make us regret to be out of the beaten paths and at the end of which we discovered "Les Museum", a museum of French emigration in Canada. Double satisfaction in sum!
