At Moulin de la Peltrie, flour has been produced for 400 years. Today, that same flour is transformed into bread in the bakery built by artisan millers Philippe and Jean, who are proud of their traditions! Hand-crafted, stone-ground, natural bread composition with no additives, sourdough fermentation, wood oven baking... These two craftsmen love their work and talk about it with great pleasure.
