Small apartment-hotel with terraces located in the upper part of the village of Capileira
Situated in the upper part of the village of Capileira, this small aparthotel created in 1990 is built around the main building with reception, bar and lounge, and 44 rooms accessed via small outside galleries. Good-sized and rather cozy, the rooms have terraces, sometimes with lovely views over the village, and are all well-equipped with TVs, refrigerators and attractive bathrooms. There's also a large restaurant, closed in winter but where you can enjoy breakfast, and a lovely area of balcony gardens with natural waterfalls leading to a large terrace with swimming pool and barbecue overlooking the barranco de poqueira. A quality establishment whose friendly, efficient reception staff will be happy to advise you on the many walks you can take in the natural park. If you have to get up early, don't hesitate to ask at reception - we'll provide everything you need for breakfast.

Hicimos una reserva para dos días pero tuvimos que anularla dos días antes de la fecha.
Llamamos para anular y nos dijeron que nos cargaban una noche porque no habíamos avisado con 5 días sino sólo con dos días de adelanto. Esas son sus condiciones así que cuidado con las anulaciones.
Pero lo mejor de todo es que el cargo lo estaban haciendo mientras hablábamos por tlf con ellos para anular. Al colgar nos llega el aviso a la cuenta. Muy elegante.
Podría emplear eufemismos pero es evidente. No llenan ni a la de tres el hotel y andan así. Este tipo de acciones manchan el nombre de otros hosteleros de la zona.
Espero que esta reseña la vean miles de personas y decidan no ir a vuestro establecimiento.
