Launched in 1994 by Jean-Claude Juston, a Frenchman who wrote culinary guides, this restaurant was taken over in 2013 by two Frenchmen from the Basque Country, Brigitte and Michel, who maintained its position as a vegetarian restaurant offering a refined world cuisine, tajines, risottos... most often made with organic products. All this to enjoy in a pretty Berber house with a terrace. And for those who need a breakdown service solution in terms of housing, the workshop also has two guest rooms.

très conviviale, nourriture délicieuse , je conseille vivement ce restaurant
hello, expatriated in Granada for 6 years, I have regularly mounted in Alpujarra for me batteries in a stunning setting and just 1:30 from the city. I discovered the workshop by means of the sly little minx and I must say that it is an excellent address. J. Claude is adorable; it offers an organic market cuisine delicious, surprising in a hushed arabic Andalusian atmosphere and very relaxing. ideal to discover the vegetarian cuisine too often ignored.
