The Max Garden opened a few years ago not far from the beach in Palmanova. It has a pop and feng shui style, with a not-so-golden front. This restaurant is not one of the tourist traps that are common here. The food is healthy and presented with originality, offering frank flavours and cosmopolitan accents, just like the staff, who are welcoming and speak almost every language. Different and promising, this address brings a breath of fresh air to the city. A stopover not to be missed.
