CHAPEL OF ST. MARGARET'S DAISY
Chapel dating from 1494, with 3 altars, including the high altar dedicated to Saint Margaret and beautiful stained glass windows in the nave
The earliest mention of the church dates back to 1494, so we know that Sainte-Marguerite church has existed since the Middle Ages, but it was rebuilt and modified in 1772, with three beautiful altars: the high altar, dedicated to Saint Marguerite, and the other two to the Virgin Mary and Saint Joseph. The people of Gommersdorf are so attached to it that they maintain it with devout care. Renovated in 1987 and again in 2001, with a new ceiling, the church features attractive stained-glass windows in the nave.
