Created thanks to donations from the cellars of some of the region's oldest cheese-making families, this friendly museum and its boutique-terroir remain a must-see for lovers of cheese and Norman history. In the exhibition rooms, you'll discover all the stages involved in making Camembert: from milk collection to marketing, renneting, molding and maturing. You can follow the evolution of the techniques used and admire a collection of almost 3,000 Camembert labels. Tasting available!
