It is a successful conversion and therefore a hat shot for Ginette and Emmanuel Schreiber. A layoff in 1994 and they are determined to embark courageously on a cement activity. The small farm bought for pleasure a few years earlier will be used. 24 years later, the farm in the Valley of Life is proud of its 10 hectares of high-stem orchards and the ciders in (dice) flowing. AOP countries of Auge country, sweet cider, half-dry, Normandy pommee, calvados, apple juice, all are stamped with the organic name (except the poirate that remains delicious). Cider is a fine bill, dressed in a deep yellow dress with copper reflections. Her warm apple nose and exotic fruits give it a lot of personality. In the mouth, vivacity harmonises with the sheer size and scale of the region. Ginette and Emmanuel are also producing cooked dishes based on young cattle raised on the farm, including the cider and Camembert beef they will deliver to you (finally perhaps!). Both in the rice line and in the cooked dishes, everything is done with respect for nature, according to strict charters. A little call and you can visit the press and, who knows, attend any of the stages of the manufacturing.
