The restaurant of Eclypse de Mar is open to the public. It is easily accessible by lancha from Bocas or Bastimentos. The setting is pleasant, on a terrace on stilts, a must around 6 pm for the sunset! It serves Caribbean and fusion cuisine, prepared with fresh and local products. The faithful cooks, present for years, preserve the authentic touch of the flavors of Bastimentos, in particular the recipe of "pan de coco".
