The (very) fine dining at Sun Siyam Iru Fushi is located in one of the most beautiful parts of the island, at the entrance to the pontoon of the stilt villas. The view of the turquoise lagoon from both the dining room and the terrace is breathtaking. The finesse of French cuisine has reached the shores of the island, and it is this gastronomy that the resort has chosen to illustrate in its most chic restaurant. Enjoy nostalgic bistro specialties such as Parisian-style gnocchi or shellfish bisque.
