This family business, which began with Colette and Guy in 1973, has become a must. Pastry chef, chocolatier and ice-cream maker, Alexandre keeps the house's great classics alive while adding a touch of modernity: desserts and chocolate bites, ice-cream, individual cakes... The specialities here are a great credit to the region and more specifically to Dijon, such as the Demoiselles de Bourgogne - chocolate bites in honour of Madame de Sévigné -, snails or Burgundy tiles reminiscent of glazed tiles.

Je n y allais que pour leurs délicieuses glaces mais j abandonne...l amabilité et les services sont trop mauvais...
Un bonjour ou au revoir ne devrait pas être un luxe! De même lorsqu on vous dit vous rappeler, qu on le fasse! Non, glaces très bonnes mais .....
