The owner knows the subject very well and does not hesitate to answer all your questions about the manufacture and composition of their products. Très bon accueil, et ceux qui ont des problèmes de microbiote, ses pains sont parfaits car il utilise des farines bio et à beaucoup de choix (petit épeautre, noël, pain sans gluten...)

Tous les pains sont excellents !!! Peut-être un peu chers pour certaines bourses... Dommage que ce soit compliqué de les avoir au téléphone pour passer une commande sinon tout est parfait ????
