Museum exhibiting Neolithic bronze objects, personal effects of Roman soldiers, a rich Ottoman collection..
Established in 1956, this museum (Regionalni Muzej Doboj/Регионални музеј Добој) houses well-presented collections with English-language panels on archaeology, history, ethnology, and natural science in the region. On display are bronze artifacts from the Neolithic period, weapons and personal effects of Roman soldiers, stećci and jewelry from the Middle Ages, a rich Ottoman collection, tools and costumes from everyday life from the 17th to the 20th century, weapons from World War II, but also works by the ceramist Drago Handanović (born 1939).
