A site designed to capture the full beauty of the southern Rila landscape.
An astonishing geological formation, a site designed to capture all the beauty of the relief of South Rila: pyramids of sand, orange-coloured, with points similar to stalagmites. This is the result of erosion in this dry, sloping area with friable soil. It's worth the detour, the show is superb. From the parking lot, count half an hour of steep ascent, which can be a nightmare in summer. The site is very well laid out; the pyramids are indicated all along the route.
