On a beautiful terrace facing the port, this renowned restaurant serves fish specialties, of course. But the style is more fusion, integrating local ingredients, such as raw swordfish marinated with lemon (from Sicily) and mint or tuna bricks with Malvasia wine (the wine of the Aeolian Islands). The local wine is also drunk in bottles... To have the privilege of sitting here and not to miss one of the best dinners on the island, reservations are highly recommended.

AMAZING. Honestly, when we visited during October 2023 (off season), we were a bit concerned this may be kind of a 'tourist trap' ... Only because it has an ideal location, situated on a cliff, with incredible views and a gorgeous open air dining room. Sometimes, it seems, you sacrifice good food quality for desirable location/atmosphere. But there wasn't much open and we figured "nowhere in Sicily has BAD food right..?" Well we should have made NO upfront assumptions because this was decidedly one of our favorite and most memorable meals throughout our weeklong charter sailing around the islands (and very reasonably priced!). Mine, a seemingly simple pasta dish of olive oil/cheese/tomatoes, is one I continue to recount to others as the BEST pasta I had during our Sicily tour. We will be sure to return when we visit with new crew on our next charter. Grazie mille!

We had lunch here and we actually sat at the exact same table as we had four years ago. My daughter remembered the spaghetti Al fuoco that she had four years earlier (senza glutine) and had to order it again. She claimed it was her favourite meal in Italy. All our meals were excellent. Views are lovely and it has a relaxed vibe. Worth travelling from Australia to stay in Salina and eat here. Recommend.

Super location sul mare. Abbiamo Cenato veramente bene.

Consiglio, soprattutto a Giugno e Settembre!!
