When quality and expertise meet passion, the result is Maison Toussaint. Orchestrated by Pascal and his son Pierre-Emmanuel, it's a benchmark in artisanal delicacies. While the signature recipe is the spice cake, it's hard to resist the different types of shortbread: plain, hazelnut, caramel, etc. Special mention should be made of the blackcurrant nonnettes, Arcelottes and dark and milk chocolate spreads.
