THERMES SKLENÉ TEPLICE (KÚPELE)

This small resort lies at an altitude of 400 m at the foot of the Štiavnica mountains (Štiavnické vrchy). There are several thermal pools here, but the most famous is the one carved directly into the rock. Here, you can bathe in a sort of mini-grotto, where the 42°C water is renowned for its therapeutic properties against nervous disorders. The range of treatments continues in a relaxation room, where you lie wrapped in a warm blanket.
