The Koliba restaurant, adjacent to the Daniela boarding house, is decorated in a traditional style with wooden elements and especially exposed beams. It offers delicious dishes inspired by traditional Slovak cuisine, such as pork shank, duck confit, roast pork and, of course, homemade Slovak gnocchi (bryndzové halušky) with sheep's cheese, or variations with local cabbage. It also offers poultry, pork, beef and fish dishes and a wide variety of desserts.
