Death Valley is the nickname of the memorial road from the village of Kapišová to Nižná Pisiná, where the bloody battle of Operation Carpathians took place. Various symbolic sites are scattered there such as a Soviet T-34 tank crushing a German Panzer or 8 tanks frozen in the surrounding fields, as if blocked in their advance and in time. Every 2 years, more than 200 history lovers recreate this mythical battle.

Interesting valley, small fright when you drive and a turn you find nose with nose with T34/85 on the roadside, guaranteed feeling! Only one German reservoir (Pz VI ausf H) at the entrance of the valley, all the others are T34/85. There are various equipment on the road to Dukla (Polish border) katioushas, iliouchine or Dakota placed here and there. To see the museum in Svidnik.
