Also numerous statuettes statuettes, testimony of an ancestral custom, of the funeral ballot boxes, of the vases in Amazonian motifs. The museum was born 30 years ago thanks to the support of Switzerland. Despite its lack of resources, it nevertheless offers a beautiful discovery of the pre-Columbian heritage. Visits are usually made with naturalist guides that also have a very good knowledge of ancient civilizations. A small shop also allows you to buy books and a little crafts from the region. The museum is located on the site of the ancient Capuchin missionaries and retains a pleasant garden composed of tropical flowers and fruit trees.
