H10 LAS PALMERAS ^{* * * *}

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cet hôtel, la situation permet à la fois de se balader à pied sur la promenade bord de mer directement accessible de l'hôtel et dans les environs ....à ne pas rater le parc du Teide et la montée au sommet du volcan via le téléphérique. Le confort des chambres est correct la vue mer est agréable la propreté est parfaite le restaurant est bien sauf les desserts...! Très bel hôtel que je recommande.
L'accueil est ...rapide mais parfait avec boisson rafraichissante a l'arrivée.
Belles piscines dont une chauffée.

I part in honeymoon, in this hotel and really not terrible!
When we arrived, we have to note that the bathroom is not clean 3 hair, very dirty fixtures plus mirror.
I am a former maid and I can tell you that it is unacceptable for us in France!
Concerning the very nice room, but the same, many dust and hair salt found. We have it to signal 4 times to the reception and it is just at the end of the 4th day that have took us seriously! The reception staff are charming and men always smiling but does not book tale of your worries. The chef of the maids therefore came to see once and told us that it took note and then rebelotte the following day but this time céetait another! The room to start clean 2 days before our departure!!!!!!!!!! Leaving, the last day we said to have them that did not luxury but a minimum of propreter because has did not have to pay quite expensive and then we were on honeymoon. Another thing, we have to claim our bottle of champagne which was to be it in the room during our arrival! Soundproof rooms a large 0. Restaurant, for the buffet it is really factory has foot and have disencumbers soon for other people. But the staff is very agréabe especially during the pizzeria themed restaurant! Evening entertainment is 22:00 or 22:30, flamenco show peroquet, show parade fashion and show on eagles. And just before you have children's entertainment in the evening.
