This excellent restaurant invites you on a gastronomic journey. Everything has been thought out and worked on down to the last detail: warm aubergine salad with truffle oil, dried duck breast, foie gras, wild mushrooms and mountain ham, duck foie gras with Liège syrup toast, North Sea mussels in cream sauce... All this is skilfully orchestrated in a warm, delicately decorated setting, consisting of a terrace overlooking a beautifully lit barranco and a room sheltered by a natural cave, where calm and pleasure reign.
