BODEGA SAN JUAN
This estate in organic conversion is a jewel of the Canaries. The breeze from the Pacific Ocean and the volcanic soil of the Bandama crater give the wines an explosion of flavor. Eruption of flavors with their natural wine Mocanal, made from spontaneous fermentation, without filtering or clarification. A violet color and magma reflections, touches of pepper and red fruits: this wine goes very well with a smoked goat cheese, a specialty of the Canary Islands. The winery offers a guided tour of the cellar, the vineyard and the museum, followed by a tasting.
