This cheese dairy was awarded the prize for the best Spanish sheep's milk cheese in 2007 and won the Dublin World Championship in 2008 for its majorero curado pimienton y gofio. A must for those who want to bring back some of this cheese, the jewel of Fuerteventura. And to learn a little more about this cheese, which has had a registered designation of origin since 1996 and whose rind represents a palm leaf, in which it is moulded. To allow you to preserve it better, it can be vacuum-packed.
