The Caveau à Auxey was created in a winegrower's and family home by François Morey who knows the world of wine well, having made wine and learned about the wine trade in his early days. You might as well say that you are in the home of a well-informed wine merchant. Another rare thing, his cellar, in the first sense of the word, as in a winemaker's, the wines are at ideal temperature and the place lends itself to the proposed tastings, discoveries before your purchases. Wines of Auxey but also of the region, Chablisien or Mâconnais. Organisation of themed and à la carte tastings.
