HOTEL RESTAURANT L'AQUARIUM
Discreet restaurant with a warm atmosphere offering home-made desserts and generous salads in Auxonne.
At first sight, the Aquarium is a rather discreet establishment, but once inside, you quickly appreciate the warm atmosphere and you realize that the restaurant has its regular customers. When you hear Philippe Patron whistling in the kitchen, it's because the food is good, but it's every day like that! Contrary to what you might think, we don't only serve fish at the aquarium. This is not the house's speciality. Apart from trout, frog legs or scallops, you can eat an excellent andouillette, a generous pavement of charolais or a famous chicken breast in yellow wine and of course the famous Auxonnaise tart. The lunch formula with starter, main course, cheese or dessert, coffee and a quarter of wine delights the faithful of the house who enjoy homemade desserts, mille-feuille, pies, chocolate mousse, tiramisu, etc. The other menus are reasonable in price, as for pizzas or generous salads, they have also been popular.
