Este lugar en un desastre. El jacuzzi está totalmente sucio y las buburjas son marrones por la cantidad de suciedad. Además no aceptan pago con tarjeta, entiendo que para no declararlo.

Ho fatto il day pass piscina consigliato da un amico ma l’esperienza è stata deludente.
La piscina fredda e il personale non è molto friendly specie quelli che sembra il capo non l’abbiamo trovato per nulla cortese. 15 euro e non ti danno neanche un asciugamano? Ti fanno il tutorial su come fare la doccia per e tirare nel
Idromassaggio? Davvero un po’ troppo. Non consiglio.

Posto e personale unici. Pulizia ed ordine maniacale! Faranno di tutto per farti stare dentro ad un sogno. Hai pure la possibilità di fare il late check out o di lasciare i bagagli in reception e di farti pure la doccia!!! Non tornavamo da qualche anno ma è tutto al top adesso. Bestes Resort auf GC. Haben Los Almendros und Starboys schon mehrfach ausprobiert, aber hier war es am Schönsten! Kommen nächstes Jahr gern wieder!

A nice place for gay men to be and enjoy life! Near to the Yumbo, friendly and a quiet place to relax.
I will book this place again.

Osebje zelo prijazno in se zelo trudijo da vam strežejo.
Edino kar me je zmotilo, zato tudi nekoliko slabšo oceno je, da apartma nima klime.
Če je čez dan zelo vroče se tudi ponoči ne ohladi dovolj. Spati v vročem apartma pa ni ravno ok.
Sicer imajo prenosne klime in jih vam namestijo brez težav.
Ampak za to je potrebno doplačilo 10€ na dan.

We have been coming here for years, and will go on doing so.
The location is ideal, it's in walking distance of many places. The venue is very well kept. It's not a luxurious venue, but rather a homely one, where things are well kept and everything is in place to give you a comfortable stay. I am a travel agent by profession, and would rate it as a 3 star with great great charm (personal opinion).

Just got back from my first time here. It defo won’t be my last! Firstly, it’s in an amazing location, just 10 easy mins from Yumbo. The welcome was first class and we were escorted to our bungalow, and shown around our little suite personally.

There’s no hiding the fact that the appartments have ‘personality’. They are not designed to be 5* luxury. They don’t claim that, so don’t expect it. There will be a few flaws - but overall - they have absolutely everything you need, including 2 coffee machines, a kettle, microwave, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment and a hob. There is quality crockery and proper mugs and enough glassware. (Top tip - get some plastic pint glasses for the pool bar to use in your bungalow).

The beds are super comfy to sleep on, and the shower in ours was made out of funky glass bricks and the shower head is detachable (*!) ????

Now, onto the staff. Not only are they always smiling, but they all make every effort to provide a personal service. Anything we asked for was no trouble and was provided efficiently.

We stayed in the pool suites where our balcony had full sun most of the day and a great view of the pool. The music from the bar was unobtrusive most of the time, and you could not hear it if you went to your bedroom. There was a jacuzzi and some shaded cabanas to rest. The salt water pool was at a perfect temperature to cool down from turns in the sun.

Honestly didn’t try the food, but many people did eat, and even local non-residents returned, so it must be good.

Most bungalows and studio are quite old and their furniture and kitchens are not in their best condition, and the owners don't seem to be very willing to restore them despite the fact that they charge around 5 euros more for the same bad quality every year . When it's really hot in July and August the staff make you put down the umbrellas around the pool if it's just a bit windy, which is ridiculous because it happens almost every day and it means that all clients are exposed to strong sun and high temperature even if they don't want to, having umbrellas (closed) all around the pool. Some staff can be rude, especially if you complain about something. A bit of a dictatorship-like regime inside the resort lol, I laugh because of the absurd of the situation considering the clients are the ones who pay and have the right to complain if they need to without having to put up with an attitude and rudeness from the staff.

Stayed for a week in Tropical la Zona. Great place. Friendly staff. Vicent and his team were very helpful. Nice bungalow. Cleaned twice in the week. Good location. 10 / 15 min walk from Yumbo.
Same to the beach.
Easy to make new like minded friends.
Great weather. No mosquitoes / bighty things. 25 - 29C in mid April. I will return.

È stata una settimana bellissima, inaspettata! Ero partito con un po’ di ansia perché era la rima volta che andavo in una struttura ricettiva gay, ed invece….ho trovato un ambiente accogliente, rilassante e piacevole. I ragazzi che lavorano per farci stare bene sono incredibili. Mi sono sentito a casa, anche se lontano da casa. Migliorerei solo un paio di cose, l’offerta del bar (se uno è vegetariano non ha una gran scelta) e le luci dei bungalow sia esterne che interne, semplicemente più calde ed eventualmente regolabili.
Per il resto che dire….ci tornerò sicuramente!

5 gang har jeg boet der og vil helt sikket komme tilbage. Et roligt og trygt sted. Hvor det er nemt at komme i kontakt med folk. Ligge gå afstand til bylivet og strand især rart når man rejser alene. Rent og pænt men meget hjælpsomt personale. Der kunne måske godt være lidt flere køkken ting i huset men ellers et fantastisk sted hvor du bare kan slappe af

The place is nice and well maintained. The reason for the lower rating is that as a guest they stop you from using the restroom even if it's before their 6pm time. Not quite sure where they expect someone to use the bathroom there as a guest. ????

Une équipe d’accueil exceptionnelle. De belles rencontres humaines dans ce lieu exclusivement gay ou vivre ce que l’on est ne pose problème à personne.. Les bungalows sont parfaits et le calme qui y règne permet de se ressourcer pleinement…
Nous reviendrons c’est sûr…

It's home from home....the staff are attentive, kind and always smiling.
I invited friends from other male only resorts who were blown away with the location, the decor and the service.
I cannot recommend this place enough.
