It's hard to be more local than this family BBQ address located in a modest residential area of Selma. If you see the owner going back and forth with the house across the street, it's simply because it's his mother's house. As in all popular canteens, we order at the counter. Many locals are taking to go, but the room, which does not seem to have moved a bit since it opened more than 75 years ago, has a few tables to eat on site. The BBQ is served as a plate, sandwich or burger. The portions are gargantuan!
There is another Lannie's Bar-B-Q, run by a family member but this one is the original, smaller and older, it is also more authentic and more typical.
