Forbidden Cavern, featuring extensive caves east of Servierville, and the refuge of Indians during prohibition
Open to the visit since 1967, these large caves located east of Sevierville have been the refuge of the Indians in the past before it became the ban of distillers of adulterated whisky (the famous Moonshiner). The water found there was indeed favourable to both. The stories are endless and you will be counted during the visit. The ambient temperature is 58 ° F year-round, approximately 14,5 ° C.
