BAGNOT CHURCH
A church which has a series of very curious frescoes. It is in the second half of the nineteenth century that a team in charge of building and renovating the building puts in place, hidden under a thick layer of plaster, a set of unusual scenes painted in distemper. Recent studies show the drawings of the late fifteenth century. These are a set of devils and demons in the best they can be. This is how one of the arches of the choir is dedicated to hell. A Beelzebub makes his dinner with souls immersed in a pot full broth. Pending the right cooking, the beast plays the drum with two guards. Prelates, saints and Christ compete, but the sky is well kept. An amazing show not to be missed, both for the story, for the strange colour quality, remarkably preserved.
