La Calmagne is the story of a restaurant taken over in September 2023 by two brothers, butchers and caterers from the village: Stéphane and Thierry Reiter. Their aim is simple: to offer a unique, value-for-money daily menu featuring meat from their butcher's shop. Here, everything is local: the beef comes from local farms and the vegetables from a greengrocer a few kilometers away. With starters, main courses and 80% of desserts homemade, Baigneux-les-Juifs offers simple, traditional yet convivial cuisine.
