This family-run vineyard produces several quality wines, including Brut Nature sparkling wine, Insula fortified wine (whisky-mutated grape must aged in American oak barrels for 3 to 10 years), Bout de l'île white (lees stirred in oak barrels for 8 months) and Saison Terrasse rosé. The vineyard also produces cider, and in recent years the family has ventured into distillation, producing an organic farm gin (Les Jambes Molles). A little extra: a restaurant serving authentic Neapolitan pizzas.
