The Auberge de la Baume is a gastronomic stop not to be missed in Châtillon sur Seine! The establishment, which occupies a large village house, has retained a certain authenticity with its large rustic room where the fire in the fireplace crackles in winter. In the kitchen, Michel Prieur concocts traditional dishes such as his famous oeufs en meurette, parsley ham, snails, beef bourguignon, rump steak with Epoisses sauce, or his delicious and refined Coq au vin.... Tradition is good, don't change anything!
