De passage en Alsace, nous sommes tombés par hasard sur une pépite : La Louve. Très très heureux hasard !
Accueil est très sympathique.
L'espace est petit mais très chaleureux.
Le menu est court et de saison mais aussi avec des pointes de fantaisie tellement bien choisies.
Je me suis régalée avec mon assiette de pâtes sauce tomates séchées et ananas, quelle superbe idée !!
Bonne continuation à vous, Guebwiller a de la chance de vous avoir.
