Established in Guebwiller since 1927, following in his father's footsteps, Dany Husser is a master craftsman, chocolatier, patissier and ice-cream maker. He remains one of those passionate, creative people who bring joy to our daily lives, or delight summer tourists. At Le Petit Futé, we're always happy to help you discover or rediscover these quality addresses, superb witnesses to our culinary tradition that is the envy of the world. Located right in the heart of the city, we pushed open the door of this authentic patisserie and tearoom and discovered a thousand and one delicacies that would be difficult to list in full in these few lines. From early morning onwards, you can sample the excellent gluten-free pastries: the Poufette, the Dame blanche, the Suprême praliné and the house specialty, the Torche Marron, which is talked about as far away as Mulhouse... And don't forget to mention the macaroons, fruit pulp marshmallows and ice creams, but a good tasting is worth a thousand words...
