LE FAIM BIEN
Restaurant offering good homemade dishes, daily menus and meats.
Of course, it is because it is fine good, as they say in the Jura that the Hunger Bien was born after many years of maturing on the part of Fabienne and Sébastien. The chef has worked in some beautiful kitchens in Dijon, including La petite Marche, so we understand the importance of ensuring that everything is homemade. Good small dishes of domestic cuisine are prepared and the daily menu is renewed daily. Come and taste the parsley ham, the terrine or the sliced poultry in the Gaston Gérard style. And then there is Fabienne's famous Crumble, a recipe she has been preparing for a long time. The kitchen is now open, you can even sit on the bar just in front of it. On the decoration side, the cosy restaurant with very personal touches of multiple objects, childhood or antique furniture, a collection of plates as in grandmother's house, or trinkets, gives it a charming and unique side. Upstairs, the comfortable mezzanine can be used as a lounge for the four o'clock break with Fabienne's delicious sweet delicacies. Certainly we are hungry here!
