Nicknamed the bone wall, the Quarry Exhibit Hall has been offering an incredible structure since its renovation in 2011 to admire and touch (for the most accessible) approximately 1,500 bones of dinosaurs excavated from the rock of the Morrisson Formation.
Gigantic and unique, the center also exposes other fossils from the rock, one of the best preserved dinosaur skulls ever discovered. There are bones of many species, including allosaures, abydoures, diplodocus, stalls, camarasaurus, and apatosaures. In total, the career welcomes almost 1,500 fossils. The rangers are available to answer all the questions. Signs also help to learn more about different species and bones discovered. Interactive areas are available to touch certain bones. The vast building opens onto the desert and colorful landscapes of the magnificent Dinosaur National Monument.Did you know? This review was written by our professional authors.
