TIMBER CREEK CAMPGROUND
Timber Creek Campground is the only campground on the west side of Rocky Mountain National Park. It is located along the Colorado River, about eight miles north of the Grand Lake entrance. Campers may enter the park from 1pm on the first day of their reservation. Timed entry permits are included with the campground reservation, but access to Bear Lake Road is not included. The campground has a total of 98 sites, 30 of which are reserved exclusively for tents. Facilities include handicapped-accessible sites, washrooms and a seasonal dump station for RVs.
