For very reasonable prices, the Rachmaninoff is close to a luxury hotel. Located in a beautifully renovated old low-rise building in the centre of Novgorod, the decoration has been recently redecorated and enhances the incredible volumes of the building. It's plush but relatively sober, and natural materials are used. The staff is particularly friendly, and the breakfast is delicious. It is a very, very comfortable hotel with an excellent price-quality ratio.
