Restaurant du Puits XV is an attractive address on the Sombernon plateau near the cliffs of Baulme-la-Roche. Florence Galand and Frédéric Guyot both have a good deal of experience in the restaurant business, children of the region, it was in 2015 that they took over this restaurant with ambition. Redecorated, the rooms are welcoming while retaining the charm of a good inn. The menu is tempting, with a choice of Angus meat from Ireland. Their credo sums up their cuisine: "work with quality products to serve quality dishes".

Par contre ne prenez surtout pas l’apéritif maison! Comme dans quasi tous les restaurants ils proposent un apéritif maison, donc on ne se méfie pas car les prix sont souvent intéressants, on n’a pas demandé le prix, mais là, surprise à l’addition… 14€ la coupe de crémant/whisky!!! Du vol… heureusement on n’était que 2!
Sachant que toute la carte est abordable avec des menus à 27€, là c’est vraiment n’importe quoi donc attention au piège!
