Baulme-La-Roche is located 25 km west of Dijon and is the wonderful production and processing site of Baum' Plantes. It was there that Claude Soutenet grew and processed medicinal and aromatic plants before passing the torch to Stéphanie Parizot and Jean-François Guilloteau.
