Baulme-La-Roche is located 25 km west of Dijon and is the wonderful production and processing site of Baum' Plantes. It was there that Claude Soutenet grew and processed medicinal and aromatic plants before passing the torch to Stéphanie Parizot and Jean-François Guilloteau. Since January 2015, these two enthusiasts have been working in accordance with natural cycles and the principles of organic farming.
