Brunch by M7 is a not-to-be-missed event in Beaune. Enjoy the Mercure de Beaune's warm, cozy, designer atmosphere for a moment of sharing and conviviality. Note that chef Philippe Legrand performs show cooking for the hot dishes, and the choice is remarkable, from the seafood platter and oyster bar to the cured meats and verrines and regional cheeses. A sweet finale at the pastry bar, with viennoiseries, crêpes and creations by pastry chef Camille. A huge success!
