Former owners of the restaurant Benaton, the owner of a star, Isabelle and Bruno Monoir are now head of a new establishment whose identity looks very similar to them. The name of the restaurant is a winch to a Benjamin Biolay song that the couple loves. In their dining bar, the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. The concept wants Bruno to cook before his clients. Behind the bar where bottles and glasses are lined up, there is a whole kitchen. Curious and passionate people can settle directly at the bar, on a dining-up, to watch the team cook while enjoying their meal. Here, as we would drink a simple glass of wine, we eat a flat. If you prefer, free to settle in the room more classically. Contemporary decor preserves a genuine stone staircase in Burgundy.
