Thomas Companion, head of Escutcheon, and his wife Virginie are at the head of a true gastronomic stage beaunoise. Gastronomic, because the dishes are studied in both flavours and aesthetics, but also because the products used are fresh and seasonal. Between land and creativity, Thomas Companion always finds a balance. You can see it by browsing the map. Some of the rare dishes are on the menu, such as the toast biche fillet used as little, agrémenté, hibiscus, hibiscus and cherry. Don't miss the net of pan-fried can. If you are rather fish, the proposals of yellow, St. Jacques's nuts and caviar will certainly give you water in your mouth. Notre choix c’est porté sur le menu végétal qui était vraiment délicieux, pour accompagner ce menu nous avons laissé le sommelier nous guidé dans le choix du vin et il nous a très bien conseillé !
Tout le personnel est très sympa et fait très attention aux allergies !
